can u tell me the enchant succes rates for armor/jewel,cause either im extremly unlucky or its a lot lower than usual? thanks in advance

Is gatekeeper and mammon gonna be working like retail only?Also i read we can get nobless only with quest, the badges from TW option wont be available ? Finaly i think rbs respawn times is a bit long, and so is 3 hours random respawn for some epics, maybe consider reducing at least the epics ?
